How to link your Xbox gamertag to Duck or Beef
To link your Xbox gamertag to Duck or Beef, sign in with a one-time email code and use the Xbox linking flow. Duck or Beef gives you a four-digit verification code to put in that gamertag’s Xbox bio. Complete verification in Duck or Beef, then check Tracker for synced achievement progress. Manual check-offs remain self-reported.
Complete the account check
Use the gamertag whose achievements you want to track. Copy the code supplied by Duck or Beef into that account’s Xbox bio and save the bio on Xbox. Return to the linking flow to complete verification.
The bio code is an account-linking step. It is separate from the one-time email code used to sign in. Use the code shown for the linking attempt rather than a sample code from a guide.

Check the failed step before repeating setup
If account verification has not completed, recheck the gamertag, the supplied code and whether the edited Xbox bio was saved. These checks address the information you entered; they do not establish that syncing has finished.
If linking has completed but an unlock is missing from Tracker, treat that as a progress-sync question. Linking and syncing are different steps, so a newly linked account is not proof that every recent unlock is already reflected. Do not manually check an achievement and describe that action as platform verification.
